2. The cylinder on the pressure drum cover is strictly forbidden to collide. When changing the glue, employees should not directly touch the cylinder with their hands, otherwise it will cause dangers such as cylinder explosion;
3. Note that the pressure regulating valve is adjusted in order according to the factory air pressure and glueing requirements. Machines with more than 8 kg will automatically release the pressure. The adjustment force should not be too large, otherwise the pressure regulating valve will be considered damaged and the dispenser will not work. ;
4. When production stops gluing work, pay attention to the glue nozzle to be sealed with transparent glue, etc., to prevent air from entering the valve, to prevent the glue in the valve from solidifying and causing blockage;
5. When changing the glue, be sure to lock all the fasteners on the cover;
6. When the glue dispenser is not used for a long time, please keep the plastic barrel in the pressure barrel still and keep it in the pressure barrel. If you need to change the glue, you should change the water and new glue within a few minutes to avoid the hose from being discharged. Air enters inside, causing the glue to solidify and block.
