Static mixer/mixing tube is a new technological product used for stirring multiple fluids (mainly for the thorough mixing of the A and B components of two-component glue). The spiral rods inside the static mixing tube are composed of a series of left and right spiral blades, arranged in sequence and perpendicular to each other, closely arranged in the tube body. When the fluid passes through the mixing tube, under the action of gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force, it is divided into two, four, and eight by the spiral blades, achieving continuous cutting and recombination, thereby enabling the two fluids to be uniformly and automatically mixed. It solves the difficulties and quality problems encountered in manual operations in the past. It does not require external force drive, only using the fluid itself to continuously cut and overlap when passing through the mixer, through the laminating phenomenon, converting the two materials into uniform mixed waves, achieving the best mixing and stirring effect. This product is applied in electronic production, electrical manufacturing, civil construction, automotive manufacturing, gift decoration, etc., and is widely used in the mixing of various two-component adhesives and fillers (including epoxy resin, silicone epoxy resin, PU, UV)

The square static mixing tube is an improved and innovative version of the circular static mixing tube. It is a high-end product with high efficiency, cost-effectiveness and durability. It is composed of sequential arrangement of upper, lower, left and right I-shaped blades. When two or more fluids pass through each section of the blades, they will be divided into 4 parts, while the circular static mixing tube can only divide the fluids into 2 parts. Therefore, its mixing uniformity is twice that of the circular static mixing tube.
