About the screw valve

The design of the screw valve is an eccentric screw structure design, the rotor andthe stator are matched to form a double sealed chamber, which is independent of each other and alternately continuous. As the rotor rotates inside the stator, thefluid moves spirally along the axis of the rotor without changing shape or volume.This allows the fluid to be transported from the inlet to the outlet without shearingthe medium and without affecting the characteristics of the medium.

The screw and stator have self-sealing ability, fixed rotor rotation with a stablestroke of the conveying cavity, quantitative output. it can be reversed back by the motor to easily realize the breaking of the adhesive, and perfectly solve the problem of dripping and drawing during the dispensing process.

Rotor and stator

The rotor and stator of screw valve, as the core components of fluid transportare easy to be subjected to friction and erosion of fluid. The rotor of D-MATEseries screw valve is made of hardened coating or zirconia ceramic materialwhich has excellent wear resistance.The stator materials includepoly urethane, perflurane, EPDM, and other materials, with corrosionresistance and wear resistance.
