1. Open the box for inspection after receiving the machine. The machine includes the main unit, power cord, 6mm trachea, and foot (manual) switch. Product instructions
2. Connect the power supply, air source, and foot switch.
3. Unscrew the lid bolt counterclockwise, open the lid, fill in 2600ml silica gel, close the lid, and tighten the lid T-bolt clockwise.
4. Check whether the air release valve is closed, press the air intake switch in the barrel (you need to dispense the glue according to the required time, and the timer is in manual control state when the timer is at 00s00), turn on the power switch after confirming that it is correct.
5. Check whether the glue gun, hose, barrel, and booster pump are leaking.
6. Depress (press the manual switch) the foot switch. You can sizing.

Open the T-shaped locking bolt

Open the lid of the barrel and check whether the bottom of the barrel is clean

Insert silica gel and tighten the bolts clockwise

Press the breather switch to inflate the barrel and check for air leakage

Adjust the air pressure of the rubber barrel (there is no need to adjust if there is no pressure regulating valve on the rubber barrel) The safety range of air pressure in the barrel is 0-7mpa
Operation method: properly pull out the handle and rotate it clockwise to increase, and counterclockwise to decrease

Set the dispensing time; adjust the timer to a suitable time, if manual control is required, adjust the timer to 00S00

Test machine; step on the foot switch or press the manual switch to try glue application. The amount of glue is controlled by the pressure regulating valve on the control box (adjustable range 0-5mpa, the maximum load of the machine is 5mpa)

Steps for usage

1. After the machine starts to use, there should be no empty barrels in the plastic barrels, and keep the barrels with glue. When not in use for a long time, put the barrels of glue in the barrels to prevent the glue pipes from solidifying.
2. The inner sealing ring of the glue gun needs to be replaced in time after use for about one month to prevent glue flow.
3. When the glue in the barrel is used up, you need to turn off the power and then open the lid to change the glue when you hear the alarm.
4. Operate strictly in accordance with the operating procedures, and the air pressure is strictly prohibited to exceed the safe range when using.

Simple troubleshooting

1. Glue flow from the glue gun: In this case, first check whether the glue flow is caused by bubbles when changing the glue. Remove the bubbles to restore normal; if not, you need to replace and clean the glue gun.
2. Booster pump failure: When the booster pump does not move, move the up and down sensor of the booster pump cylinder to see if it can return to normal. If it still does not work, replace the sensor.
