Principle of Mixing Tube:Static mixer/mixing tube is a new technology product used for stirring various fluids (mainly for the full mixing of A and B adhesives in two-component adhesives). The spiral rods inside the static mixing tube are composed of a series of left and right spiral blades arranged vertically and tightly inside the casing. When the fluid passes through the mixing tube forward, it is continuously cut and recombined by the spiral blades under the action of gravity, centrifugal force, and shear force, and can be evenly and automatically mixed. It solves the difficulties and product quality problems encountered by manual operations in the past. It does not need to rely on external forces to drive, but only uses the fluid itself to continuously cut and overlap when passing through the mixer. Through the phenomenon of layering, the two materials are transformed into a uniform mixing wave, achieving the best mixing and stirring effect.
